How to Reserve
Read in detail "General Conditions" as well as the details of the programs that we offer. Then fill the reservation form that appears on the right. After reception of your form, we will reply with the total cost of the chosen program and altertatives of payment. After reception of the payment, we will send a mail with the definitive confirmation, including detailed instructions and each individual ticket (personal, non transferable, non endorsable) to print and present at the Meeting Point.

General Conditions
After clicking "Send" in the form you accept that you read and accept the description of each alternative that we offer for the New Year.
Only fully payed reservations are final and confirmed reservations. If a reservations it is not payed, at any moment can come a passenger and use the available space. The rates that we give (with discount) are those for payment via electronic transfer or cash, not by credit card.
Payment
We accept payments by bank transfer (up to december 31st), credit card (not residents in Chile) and cash. It is considered a payments as received when it is fully available in our account and it is not pending clearing (as is the case of deposits in envelopes done in ATM). As a way to identify your payment, we will ask to deposit a amount whose last 3 digits are the same as the number of your reservation. Please inform us your deposit to ventas@anonuevoenelmar.com, with copy to info@anonuevoenelmar.com.
Payment with Credit Cards
We also accept payments with credit cards, but it is aplied the normal rate; ask us for details.

Confirmation and Tickets
As soon as we receive the payment, we will issue a confirmation of the reception of the payment, detailed instructions, individual tickets (personal, non trasferible, non endorsable) to print at the Meeting Point, as well as detailed instructions where to meet and board the boat.
We will not accept to board persons whose identity it is not the same than the information provided by the person who payed the ticket, and that it is detailed in it. In case of any discrepancy, wil prevail the identity provided in the mail by the payer.
No Show and Cancelations
Passenger that does not embark on time, loose the right to board and have no right no any refund at all; the same applies if a passenger tries to board drunk, situation qualified directly by the crew. It is fully responsability of the passenger to be on time in the meeting point. The docking places are few and many boats try to use that space, therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to delay the embarkation time. We will refund a 50% of the payed reservation (no need to give any reason) if the cancelation is requested up tp midnight (Chile Continental Time) of november 4th 2011; after that limit, there is no refund at all. It is possible that a passengers inform us by mail (no later than the 23:59 of december 26th 2011) that another person will come in their place; after that deadline, this alternative will no longer be available. We suggest to be around the meeting point about 30 minutes in advance and have plenty of time to come to Valparaíso; cars from Santiago can spend anything between 2-6 hours (normally 1 hour 20 minutes).
Food and Drinks Aboard
Are included in "Valparaiso VIP", that includes open bar. In other boats the service it is limited; in "Feliz Año en Valparaiso" we provide a complimentary bottle of champagne per person, that we deliver at the meeting point, just before embark. If you want to bring extra food or drinks (including alcoholic), you can do so in "Feliz Año en Valparaiso", but not in "Valparaíso VIP". If you have any doubts, please ask us for details.
Toilets. Children Aboard
In "Valparaíso VIP" there is 2 toilets, separated for women and men. In "Feliz Año en Valparaíso" there is one toilet for common use. Children does not receives any discount; the capacity opf passengers is stablished by the Port Authority by the number of persons aboard, not by their age.
Safety on Board
All the time dress your individual life jacket. Each and every passenger on board must to comply the instructions provided by the crew, specially about safety; drunk passengers will not be allowed to board at the beginning of the program and will not receive any refund. If a passenger does not respect the safety and security instructions, it is fully and individually responsable to do so and their consequences.
We check that each and every boat have the permissions required by the Maritime Authority of the Armada de Chile to operate in the Port of Valparaiso; the final responsable it is the owner of the boat.
Additionaly, the chilean navy contuously patrols around the area where boats are located.
